4. Do Some physical activity for energy and refreshment of anxiety.

5. Respect for nature and care for them.

6. Keep the body hydrated with lime water and take some sprouts for good health.

7. Avoid news and mobile in the morning time.

8. Do exercise in the morning time till sweating
